Refund policy

Items acquired through the riseanimalwellness.com payment gateway are eligible for store credit pending an evaluation by the lead nutritionist and owner, Aleah Bowerman. Please email info@riseanimalwellness.com if you would like to begin the store credit process. Rise Animal Wellness doesn't offer refunds on products at this time. It should be duly noted that any products or services obtained outside the riseanimalwellness.com payment gateway, such as those acquired through Amazon affiliate links or similar third-party platforms, shall be governed by the respective return policy of said third party. 

Once the contract and payment for the Rise Wellness Plan are received, refunds will not be issued as this signifies the commencement of services. We are unable to process refunds once work has commenced.
